Employees' security
Our employees work under a strict confidentiality agreement. We provide our customers with real-time Internet feeds from our internal surveillance cameras.
Our personnel have excellent conduct certifications issued by their previous employers and backed-up by government conduct records

Security of testing facility
QUANTIC LAB recognizes the importance of security and confidentiality. Through our enhanced surveillance equipments, alarm systems and personalized access cards, your data and project information is kept confidential and secure at all times. Our working environment, carefully designed for independent development and testing, allows secure multiple project testing.

Network and infrastructure security
All our working stations are totally secured and protected by daily up-dated anti-virus software. The security scanning provides continuous protection, e-mail scanning and script blocking. The servers are stored in a secured area, accessible only for management. In addition, testing stations are part of a separated off-line LAN. All area access is restricted by access cards. Our dedicated servers provide firewall-secured connections with the client's database, the traffic being automatically monitored. Our router's firewall protects our network from public Internet detection, ensuring the privacy of our internal LAN. We only use certified CISCO hardware and firewall.

Other Security Measures
QUANTIC LAB operates under a strict security policy. Passwords are changed regularly to protect from „social engineering“ security hacking. Confidential materials including various media and digital data confine a strict destructive procedure. All duplication hardware is isolated in special rooms reachable only by few employees. Any physical media is labeled and stored securely under the care of a lead tester. At the end of a project, a single master version is stored and any other material destroyed. A destruction report follows any media destruction.
